Rob has been a creative person most of his life. He started his first band at twelve years old and continued that passion for twenty plus years recording and producing for many bands.
Rob started sound designing in the late 1980’s and was one of the first in Hollywood to embrace Digital Work Stations. He has been supervising and sound designing for movies for many years and the passion for music and film continues to grow. He enjoys taking the directors’ sonic needs and desires and bringing them to fruition. He is able to do diverse projects from “Remember the Titans” to “Chicken Little” and “The Smurfs” due to his creative passion. Rob has a long history of sound design working with George Watters on “Pearl Harbor,” “Armageddon,” “Narnia” and many others. He embraces the old school sensibilities and integrates that with the new technologies of today.
The balance between film sound and playing music keep Rob’s spirit finely tuned and focused.
